There’s a deep joy and fulfillment in photographing the things you love. I was the kid at every family event, asking to hold all of my baby cousins every chance I could, growing into the adult who always seems to have a baby in her arms if there’s one to be found. I have always had a soft spot for the tiniest and purest little humans among us. So while this is my business, it also doing something and celebrating a special part of life I have always loved. I do this because I *want* to, and it never escapes me how lucky I am to have found that thing that makes my heart sing and to be able to share that love with others through my photography.
While every newborn and family are different, the thing they all have in common is trying to capture a moment in time. It’s not about preserving what your faces looked like so much as it is about remembering who you were in that moment. With every family I photograph I want to see you moving, hugging, loving, laughing. Whether it’s using fresh florals and leaves to compliment the moment, reading every shape of your baby so that I can pose them in their most comfortable way, or creating an authentic moment to cherish amongst your family. All the while, styling moments that capture who you are, whether it is newborn sessions, family wardrobes, or sessions on location, I have the experience to ensure we will create and capture those magical moments together.
